Dude says the boys will be here “most of the day” starting at 10:30.

Any idea about how long that should take?

Depends on where it is and how accessible, and whether or not they are doing plenum or anything along with it, but I'd estimate 7 hours based on the one I had done this time last year.

DAMN! The lower unit is easy to get to in the basement garage. Doesn’t mean it’s easy to work on, I guess.

Attic is typical. 2 story with a drop stair. Plenty of room to stand. Just hot as balls.
