LawDawg's Messicane rice casserole

in medium sized POT:
2/3 cup water
1 cane original Rotel
1 T. of ketchup
1 T. butter
Brang to a boil and add bag of Mahatma Spanish rice
Cover, reduce to low, cook 20 minutes.

Meanwhile,
brown 1 lb hamburger meat with 1/2 a white onion, chopped. Drain some fat.
Add taco seasoning and fresh chopped jalapenos. Simmer 5-10 min.

In a big assed BOWL, combine the meat mixture and the rice mixture. Add 1 cane black beans, drained.
Spread into greased casserole dish, bake for 15-20 minutes on 350. Lick the spoon.
Top with messicane cheese and bake another 5 min.

Serve in bowls or on tortillas. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, guac, jalapenos, lime, etc.
