Does anyone here know why we backed off Cedartowns Tae Harris at Safety?

I've just read that he decommitted back in January. The only thing I've seen, at all, that gives any suggestion as to why he did so is one comment he made saying "communication was off", indicating he didn't think he was a priority. Another site mentioned of the coaching changes that have taken place at UGA, suggesting it might be a contributing factor. 

Time will tell. These days "recruiting" is all about $$$ versus $$$$ versus $$$$$, etc., etc. I'm sure he's being greatly encouraged to open up his "recruiting" as widely as possible, taking full advantage of the opportunity.
