Stormwater workers are some of America's unsung heroes.  A lot of times police and military get over recognized for their service................'cept me, my units always were the last to leave, and came home on military aircraft, late at night......never got any ticker-tape parades.

Yeah, CoCo system is less than 50 years old with the majority of it less than 30 years old.  Richmond has a lot that is well over 100 years old.  I'm glad I don't live downtown, that area is going to be a mess.
