The Florida Gators won 11 medals in the 2024 Summer Olympics competition - 4 golds, 4 silver and 3 bronze. This is the ninth Summer Olympics since the 1984 Los Angeles Games, that the Gators have won 11 or more medals.

In my eyes Stanford lost all credibility as an institution of higher education when it allowed baby mule head to attend and graduate from there.   Not that I liked them too much after the '78 Bluebonnet Bowl loss to Steve Dils.

ACC won 98 medals. Fellow ACC newcomer Cal brought 18 medals home to rank second in the league's standings. Virginia also finished with 14 total medals throughout the 2024 Olympics to finish third.

The SEC won 80 medals as Arkansas won 11 medals in Track & Field.

The Big Ten won 78 medals. USC stretched its 2024 Olympics total medal count to 15.
