Former Georgia tennis players
Jan Zielinski and
Sadio Doumbia have received bids to compete in the 144th edition of the U.S. Open. Scheduled to take place from Aug. 26 through Sept. 8, it is the final grand slam tournament of the calendar year.
Doumbia and Zielinski are both slated for play in the men's doubles draw. Doumbia will compete with partner and countryman Manuel Guinard, and Zielinski will take the court alongside Huge Nys. Former Bulldog
Ethan Quinn, the 2023 NCAA Singles Tournament champion, earned a wild card bid following qualification through USTA play. He advanced to the second round of the men's qualifying draw.
