All it takes is one bad hire and your program can be stuck in a long cycle of not meeting expectations. Georgia has been there. It'a beautiful thing to see the Gaytors there. FL is in a life/death struggle to make the Weed Eater Bowl.

Took a long time to overcome the Goff hire for Georgia. Good QB, nice guy, lousy coach that was made worse by school administrator’s decisions.
