The difference is very few of the missing UGA players were regular contributors.

Buncha starters opting out for the Criminoles.

Very different style of coaching between the two schools.  

Kirby has instilled a team first mentality. 

FSU has a more mercenary approach, IMO.  Gets some good players for the NIL money spent, but not a lot of team loyalty.

I think that is part of it and part of it might be they had a bunch of portal players
