A trio of Georgia golfers posted top-10 individual finishes to headline the Bulldogs' performance at the UAB Hoover Invitational, which concluded on Tuesday. Chantal El Chaib, who was competing individually, finished third; Morgan Smith tied for fifth; and Kate Song tied for 9th on the individual leaderboard as Georgia placed fourth in the team field at Hoover Country Club. Emma Falcher provided the Bulldogs with a fourth top-20 individual effort by tying for 17th at 6-over 222, while Celine Brovold Sanne tied for 45th at 233 and Grace Frei tied for 60th at 237. The Bulldogs will be back in action in two weeks when they compete in the Windy City Collegiate Classic. The tournament will be hosted by Northwestern on Sept. 30-Oct. 1 at the Westmoreland Country Club in Wilmette, Ill., outside Chicago.

Bulldog junior safety Malaki Starks was named to the 2024 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team on Tuesday.  Starks is one of 11 players from the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) selected based on their commitment to community service. Good morning, Dawg brothers and sisters! Today is yet another gift from God!
John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me."

1 Timothy 2:5-6

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the witness for this proper time.

Acts 4:12

And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
