Welcome to the future of college football. It’s been a good ride.

If I were a season ticket buyer I think that would be the final straw that made me give up my tickets. The viles are basically admitting they are a professional football team. At least the NIL thing is separate from the program and is purely voluntary.

Welp, this was becoming my next to last season tickets. Think that settles it. The rest of the SEC will follow. Can hardly afford now, but for sure won't be able too in a couple years.

I don’t agree with this at all, and see it as a desperate money grab on people (fans) who they’ve made money-poor and who were not willing to contribute to NIL.
As far as Georgia goes, with them increasing the donation levels and ticket prices STARTING next year and then again in 2027 (donation), I would think/hope/pray that they wouldn’t suddenly add this BS “talent fee” to is! At least give it a few years and see what happens when the poop hits the fan!!
