Hey AKHOTD. Need hep on hose faucet
#1
Need to replace hose faucet and it's weird to me.
Pic below. The faucet is connected to some adapter that reduces to a smaller connector hose.
What do you call that adapter thingy?  I can't find one.
I have another that's the same except it reduces to a smaller size pvc.
Thanks

Why do you need to replace it? You could just redo the piping, but if it's just leaky, the cheapest route is to pull the valve out and replace the 10 cent washer.

Don't bandaid this MFer. deathdawg is right. I would take it down to the streetside supply from the city/county and then do the whole thing up over again, PRO-PER. Maybe new fencepost.

Damn I hate that guy.  Want to hang a 5x7 picture?  Well, we're gonna need to tear down this wall - build it back with 4x10s like it should have been done in the first place.  Then, we'll need a special joist to ensure the picture is hanging safely.
