Everyone I saw interviewed had blue in their heart. I won't explain why I know that until this post gets inevitably moved.

I read an article this morning, stating that a Fulton County judge ruled on a lawsuit filed out of Cobb County, striking down the state requirement for ballots to be hand-counted. The judge cited that it being so close to the election it will present too difficult a task to train election workers on how to count the ballots. I guess "counting" is such a specialized talent.

We have very, very serious problems in that activist judges have been planted all over the country, and they are being used for political gain.
John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me."

1 Timothy 2:5-6

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the witness for this proper time.

Acts 4:12

And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”

That ruling was really bizarre to me.  There is nothing based in law as to that directive.  What I heard stated was all based on his personal opinion as to what kind of impact he thought it might have, and what undue burden he thought it might create.  He knows that it's so close to the time that it would happen, that if the ruling were to be further questioned upward on appeal, there won't be time to overturn his position before election day.

I guess since you demanded twice, I'll respond.

I don't get your reference to Todd, but I'll let you use your imagination regarding stereotypes as to what I was referring.  There were passionate references to blue talking points.  There were also allusions to "problems on election day."  Further the interviews were being conducted at polling places in the inner city in either Fulton or Dekalb...

I know who THETodd is, but I don't see what that has to do with anything I said, and nothing I said has anything to do with THETodd's political affiliation.  I am just trying to adhere to the rules of the board and I know that if a mod views this post in violation of those rules, it's gonna get moved.

Exactly. Judges are supposed to rule based upon the legality, written law, not what they have as a personal opinion. Hence, activist judges. Corruption, at its finest.
