It sounded like the whole thing was completely bogus, based on some report. She came to his apartment in the middle of the night. He grabbed her arm to escort her out and tried to lock her out. She called a friend and started talking about how he hurt her and "tried to kill my baby" or something along those lines. I don't know if any of that was verified fact, but if they haven't dropped the case yet, there must be some facts that are not as clear as the post I read on the matter.
