I fear Kirby has gotten on the Richt train. Running the program like a union shop...

creating job security for his buddies who aren't getting the job done.

Go look at Stacey Searles career. Every place he has gone to has regressed while he was there.

It was fun while it lasted.

Bobo, Searles, Coley are all big steps down from the men they replaced.

2 of the 3 were part of the reasons Richt got canned.

If Kirby doesn’t make some staff changes the glory years may be ending with GEORGIA going back to losing the big game and an inexplicable loss to a lesser team now and then that Richt did.

9-3 or 10-2 isn’t awful, but it isn’t elite.

Explain to me what Coley has to do with this mess.  He's less than a year back on board and he can't keep Thomas and Young for being dumbasses.

Worst catching receiver Corp in the country. He coaches them. He's responsible.

Take a look at our lack of separation on the routes, the lack of understanding of the trees by our WR’s and the new Georgia stat of having the MOST drops of any team. How did we drop off like that? It’s not just bad luck, is it? How many times are we not on the same page? Beck does get the ball out super fast but all this is timing and we have a noticeable lack of timing. If you watch the Ole Miss WR’s they timing was impeccable. Same with Milroe (when he’s on) and last night I would have traded Beck for that drama queen Dart when you notice his touch on the passes. These are just a few things that stand out and all of our receivers are not first year. Arian for one has been here long enough where a little polishing and he should have been fine. He’s not. And at this point in the season we should be ON. We’re not.
Honestly we even looked confused on Defense so I am not sure what to hang our hat on. This is a fragmented mess.
