ATHENS, Ga. – A plethora of podium finishes marked the first day of competition for the University of Georgia swimming and diving programs at the 2024 Georgia Fall Invitational Wednesday at Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium. Graduate Jake Magahey took first in the men's 500-yard freestyle followed closely by sophomore Tomas Koski in third. Junior Ieva Maluka finished third in the women's 200y IM. Fellow junior Olivia Della Torre finished fourth. Sophomore Matthew Bray finished second on the 1-meter springboard with a score of 351.10, followed by junior Renato Calderaro in third at 338.20.
