by the time I got to Athens in ‘77.  That doesn’t mean I don’t still hate them and want to squish them and break their little bug hearts at every opportunity.

But with that being said, win or lose, what tangible benefit do we receive that outweighs the risk we place ourselves in by playing them each year?  We are basically their bowl game each season regardless of their record, and their only purpose is to be a spoiler for us.  I hate to say it, but it sure looked like we brought a fish fry attitude last night.

It has looked like the team thought the season ended with the win over Tennessee the last two weeks. I hope that is the explanation for how mediocre we have looked.

We have to win 9 in a row and then we can drop them. Key has them playing well and Buster calls plays like Monken. We should have made him OC and let Bobo stay in his previous role if Kirby thinks he has to be an employment agency for his friend.
