I never stopped liking CMR; even when I wanted his ass fired. I’m glad he’s still part of the Dawg community. Donnan, too.

I even got over my distaste for Goff.  He is really a DGD and did his best.  He probably did as well as anyone could have under the circumstances he was put in.  Dooley screwed him over bad.  I liked Donnan too, still do.  He was hamstrung by the self imposed recruiting restrictions.  I was a huge CMR fan until 2008, then he started mailing it in but didn't have the decency and integrity to admit his heart wasn't in the job anymore and resign.  I'm sure Katherine's illness affected him and changed his focus in life but he should have been honest and stepped away if he wasn't going to give his all to the job.  The way he threw the UF game his last season and screwed Faton Bauta over in that game pissed me off for good.

I hate that FCMR is sick and I don't wish any ill will towards him but I don't like that he has some position in the program.  We need to make sure we move on for good from that underachieving era in Georgia football.
