Texas is the southern version of Ohio State, whiney and entitled and think they are much better than they are.  SEC treating them with kid gloves to protect the Texas tv market and create another SEC "power" even if said power was a paper tiger propped up by an easy schedule.  If Texas came into the SEC and got their ass handed to them right out of the gate, they might want to take their ball and go home.

When Texas and OU were added to the SEC, I didn't like it for several reasons. Still don't. Messed up Divisions, messed up schedules, and didn't really bring much positive to the Conference. Well, OU beating Bama was ok. But, that's just me.

I didn't like it when South Carolina and Arkansas were added, liked it even less when ATM and Missouri were added and was sickened when Texas and OU were added.

Go back to 10 teams in the SEC, play a 9 game conference schedule and have no SECCG imo.

I was ok with SC and Ark…I always liked the SECCG too..12 teams was manageable, 14 not so much, 16, no way..

Just looked, TX toughest road conference game was at A&M…other than UGA, played no one from the top half of the conference..I hope Clemson beats them myself..
