Horrible. At Bourbon and Canal. Amazing more weren’t killed.

Could happen at any college campus on a football Saturday.
All it takes is an insanely evil person and a heavy vehicle.

Another reason I tend to avoid large crowds as I get older and avoid places can’t conceal carry.
