ATHENS, Ga. – Following her performance against UNC Wilmington last Saturday, junior Ieva Maluka was named Southeastern Conference Women's Co-Swimmer of the Week Tuesday afternoon, as announced by the league office. Maluka shared SEC honors with LSU's Michaela de Villiers, earning her second weekly honor of the season after previously being recognized on Oct. 22. The Riga, Latvia native has B-cuts in seven different events this season. The swimming and diving teams head to Knoxville Saturday for a full dual meet with Tennessee.

ATHENS, Ga. – The 13th-ranked University of Georgia GymDogs have added a road meet at No. 24 Clemson on Friday, Feb. 28. The meet will now be a quad meet featuring the Bulldogs and Tigers along with New Hampshire and Texas Woman's University. Georgia will host No. 6 Kentucky at Stegeman Coliseum two days later on Sunday, March 2 at 6 p.m. set to air on SEC Network. That's a long way off as they go to #3 Florida this Friday and host Alabama the next Friday 1/31/25.
