After close observation of the Bama/Mich game..

I have concluded that our Defensive gameplay was much more the issue vs Bama than our O.  Michigan kept Milroe on the run...he was confused the entire game.  We just didn't pressure him nearly enough.  Hopefully, our Coaches were paying attention.

Hell, maybe Michigan was just better than UGA.

Mostly Concur. Cannot give that guy time to think & execute. Dangerous when that happens.

However, DAWG Offense going into a shell for nearly 2 quarters didn’t help either.

I haven't broken down game film play by play, but I seem to remember us trying to contain Milroe, at some point having two spies to make sure he didn't break loose.  I think we showed Michigan that doesn't work.  He isn't a good enough QB to dominate a game, though he does have pretty good wheels.  

We got pretty good pressure - seems like we had 4 or 5 sacks.  What we sucked at was giving up 6-8 yard runs on first down.  It just gave them many more options on 2nd and short and third and short.  And they held us to 24 points.  17 after that first TD drive that made it look easy.
