ATHENS, Ga. – A thrilling relay finished closed out a successful run for the University of Georgia swimming and diving teams at the 2025 Southeastern Conference Swimming & Diving Championships Saturday at Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium. Both Georgia teams finished fourth in the final standings, with the men closing at 796.5 points and the women tallying 689.5 points. For the Georgia men, it was their fifth top-four SEC finish in the past five seasons, while the women finished in the top four for the first time since 2022.

Women's 1,650y Freestyle – Defending SEC champion Abby McCulloh earned the silver medal, reaching the podium in the mile for the third time in her career. 

ATHENS, Ga. – The ninth-ranked Georgia softball team improved to 12-0 in 2025, defeating Syracuse 8-2 on Saturday at Jack Turner Stadium. Georgia's 12-0 start matches 2017's start for the second-best start in program history. Georgia opened the 2002 season 24-0.  The Bulldogs will play Syracuse and Utah Valley at 1 and 3:30 p.m., respectively, on Sunday to close action at the Georgia Classic.

ATHENS, Ga. –  In front of a sellout Foley Field crowd of 3,633, eight-ranked Georgia erased an early deficit to post a 10-4 win over UIC Saturday. Georgia fell behind 4-0 in the third before scoring 10 unanswered runs including a pair of three-run home runs. Georgia (7-1) wraps up the UIC series Sunday with first pitch slated for 11 a.m.

AUBURN, Ala. — The Georgia Bulldogs (16-11, 4-10 SEC) fell to the No. 1 Auburn Tigers (25-2, 13-1 SEC), 82-70, on Saturday evening at Neville Arena. Three scorers reached double figures headlined by Asa Newell's 20 points on the evening. Sophomore guards Silas Demary Jr. and Blue Cain followed up with 18 and 13 points, respectively. The Bulldogs will return to Athens and face No. 2 Florida on Tuesday, Feb. 25 with tipoff set at 7 p.m. ET at Stegeman Coliseum. 

BISHOP, Ga. – The seventh-ranked University of Georgia equestrian team concluded its home regular season slate with an 11-8 Senior Day win over No. 8 South Carolina on Saturday. The Bulldogs will conclude their regular season schedule at No. 1 Auburn on Saturday, March 1 at 11 a.m. Georgia will then enjoy a four-week break to prepare for the SEC Championship on March 28-29 at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, N.C. The Bulldogs are the host team.

ATHENS, Ga. — The No. 1 Georgia women's tennis team is set to open its Southeastern Conference schedule when it hosts No. 49 South Carolina on Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.

COLUMBIA, S.C. --- Nine Bulldogs brought home an impressive five wins and four improvements to the school's all-time top-10 list as Georgia concluded the indoor track regular season at the USC Invite in Columbia, S.C. on Saturday. Georgia will open postseason competition at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships on Feb. 27-March 1, returning to Bryan-College Station for the second time this season. The meet will be held at the Fasken Indoor Track & Field facility on the campus of Texas A&M.
