Gene Hackmans wife died of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome and then she was unable to take care of Gene and the dog so they died of starvation.

I feel bad for that dog who starved to death.

Tragic, but where the heck were kids or neighbors that should check on folks that age at least 3 or 4 times a week, if not daily.
One or both of my kids call or stop by almost every day unless they are gone on vacation. |
