STARKVILLE, Miss. — The No. 1 Georgia women's tennis team (18-1, 11-0 SEC) was dominant from start to finish as it swept No. 66 Mississippi State (10-11, 0-11 SEC), 4-0, at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre on Sunday. Georgia now extends its all-time series lead to a perfect 49-0 record against Mississippi State.The Bulldogs extended their SEC regular season winning streak to 26 matches dating back to the 2021-22 season. The No. 1 Bulldogs will return to Athens for its final home weekend of the regular season where they will face No. 15 Vanderbilt on Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. ET followed by a Senior Day date against Missouri on Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. ET at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The 15th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs dropped an 8-5 decision in Sunday's series finale against Alabama at Rhoads Stadium. Georgia is now 25-10 on the season and 4-8 in SEC play. Georgia returns to Athens to host in-state foe Mercer at Jack Turner Stadium on Wednesday, April 2. First pitch is set for 6 p.m., airing live on SEC Network.
