66 here.

Didn't visit the doc more than 10-12 times in my life, until I hit my 60's. Now I've had knee replacement, open heart surgery, and am taking a steroid pack right now for Planters Fasciitis.

Sleep Apnea diagnosed, and CPAP on order.

Gettin' old ain't for sissys.

You will love the CPAP. I have one and wish I had gotten one years sooner. Blood pressure is down, energy level is up, and I'm more mentally sharp. Can't say enough good things about it.
