It was a good time. Dawgs got crushed in the morning
But there are no ropes so you can get really close to the greens and fairways. I am definitely going back next year, am thinking about going again tomorrow morning for the finals, probably will not.
On one hole, the cart path is like 3 feet from the tees. I walk up and I'm the only person there besides the aTm and uga golfer. I asked the aTm golfer if was OK to stand right there. He said sure and thanked me. I told my friend that proves golf isn't a real sport , I wouldn't worry about disturbing a player from another team in any other sport.LOL.
My first time seeing that course, pristine. Greens look difficult. I can see why a PGA event is there.
My 1st time on St Simons in over 30 years, I've been to Jekyll many times but not SSI.
