I think the wall is very similar. That was right by the law school. Walked by it every day.

It's changed very little. I don't think I ever knew that place was there, or if I did, I never visited it.

Here's a link that should drop you right in the middle of the garden looking up at that building on the left side of the post card.  The fountain/pond is behind you.

Been there once IIRC.  After a fun night downtown my then GF and I took a walk across north campus back to the car.  Stopped at the fountain on Herty field.  What started there, ended on a flat concrete bench in the founder's garden (Herty field was too well lit)
