From my experience, a carnivore diet does all of those things. 20 lbs is not realistic, though. Maybe 5-10, depending upon how overweight a person is at the start. I definitely have better sleep, more energy and mental clarity.

Yes. The bigger the waistband the deeper the quicksand (within reasonable tolerances of course.
