This may be heresy but I think...

the pimento cheese at the Masters is the worst pimento cheese I've ever had.  Palmetto pimento cheese with jalapeno is my personal favorite followed by the jalapeno pimento cheese from Fresh Market.

I think the Masters pimento cheese is still living off of its reputation from years ago when it was made by a local guy who got cut out.  Today's pimento cheese sandwich is tasteless goo.

Sorry to hear that. They were great when I went in 85 and 86. That and a beer was a fine meal.

I knew there was something different about it.  Generally disappointed in a lot of the food.  The BBQ was pretty good, but a little sweet for my taste.  The breakfast sandwich was shit.  I'd actually hoped to get the chicken but it was gone by the time I got that far.

Masters Club and Ham and cheese on rye are can't miss options.  BBQ is too sweet for my taste but I think yankees like it.  I think they have done away with the chicken sandwich and that is a good thing.  It was school lunchroom quality.  Peach ice cream sandwich is spot on.  I'm not an egg salad fan in general but it gets good reviews.  The caramel peanut cluster is addictive.  The "domestic light" beer is Miller Lite which made me happy to know.  For a long time it was Bud Light.

They still have the chicken sandwich.  It looked like trash.  My nephew said it was cold.  He liked the egg salad better than the pimento cheese.  The ice cream sandwiches were good.  The Crow's Nest is Blue Moon and the import is Stella as I recall.

Not the same since Wifesaver quit making it..ANGC got greedy and wanted their recipe, but they wouldn’t sell.

I also like Palmetto pimento cheese. I like having it on Crunchmaster crackers with this stuff on it.
