Why does the Urban League of Greater Atlanta…

have ANYTHING to do with water and sewage increase of Dekalb county?  County officials say they are in negotiations for a partnership with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta to prepare eduction efforts on the new billing rates.  Huh?  Price is going up…here is new price.  Education done.  I don’t understand, other than it being another money grab to scam county residents…or money laundering.
