Faces possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and holding or supporting a wireless device with any part of his body.
Also faces felony charge of possession of marijuana of more than one ounce.
Splain to me how you can be charged for both "More than one ounce" as well as "Less than an ounce".
I don't understand that, but then I ain't smart or a lawyer.

Got confirmation that Jah Jackson will be suspended, not kicked off the team. Will assume that means nothing additional is coming from the arrest. He bought some weed and it is exclusively for him. That is not demonized at UGA. If you’ve ever been in the athletic dorm hall, you’d smell this acceptance.
