Dawgs rarely come out the gate firing on all cylinders. And this is one of two that we need to 'get right' but also get some backups in....

Agree.  I was at the sportsbook in Murphy NC over the weekend.  Couldn't bring myself to bet against the Dawgs though.

Bet UGA over 9.5 wins, UF under 7.5, and GT to make the ACC championship game.

Won my 1st qtr bet on Iowa St, and won at video roulette while watching the 1st qtr.  So I went home with the three betting slips plus 5 cents more than I walked in with.

Pretty similar but a bit smaller.  I haven't been to Cherokee since I used to drive my mom up there to waste money on the slots, and she passed away in 2018.  So I haven't seen the sportsbook there.  Wife was at a convention in Helen, and it looked like rain on Saturday so I didn't want to hike.  So I took a little drive up to Murphy instead.

I love sports, and I like figuring out odds and probabilities.  But I'm also cheap as hell so that keeps me from being too much of a degenerate.  So I'm very small stakes when I go up there.

THerd has 73 new players and half their starters transferred to Southern Miss in the off-season with their new coach, including the quarterback.  No idea how ready they'll be for anything.

Been to both, Cherokee is larger, Murphy is newer and very nice. I usually stay at the Murphy location when I travel my NGA territory. Sports book at Cherokee isn’t bad. Go on TN/UGA weekend and watch the game in the book, usually about 75% is TN fans. The gnashing of teeth and wailing from their fans is always glorious as we spank their ass. Only complaint I have is playing BJ in the high roller suite, you STILL have to buy your drinks.
