A high-flying legal eagle at UGA told me that the FCC and FBI are investigating message boards for wire fraud. He says many paying members contact the FBI over being banned and still being charged a monthly or annual fee. There are no written rules or an appeals process.
He personally dislikes most boards and hates some, but I don't think his animus flavored his info.
Told me to watch my 6 with at least four boards.
Somehow, I am not surprised.
