He must have 200 credit hours. I guess he's been changing majors every year so he won't graduate.

That's totally messed up.  I mean its 'humanitarian' to give a guy an extra year of eligibility if he redshirted and then lost a year to injury.  That's just completely ridiculous to give three extra years.
