Thinking on the topic of Bama, Saban retiring, players leaving, etc...

They have kept Saban around in some capacity and says he has full access to the program... whatever that truly means. I dunno... it doesn't seem to be helping matters... not right now, anyway. If players are bailing, I'm guessing Saban isn't aggressively doing anything to try to keep them at Bama?

That's a no win scenario anyway. Completely ineffective.

I can only imagine being the new incoming head coach and having someone continually looking over your shoulder... at least that is the idea that it puts into my mind... Saban is like an advisor with "full access to the program". Sounds like a problem waiting to happen.
