I do buy some of that White Wheat bread sometimes but that's probably not what you looking for.

You know... us folk "getting old"... we have to think seriously about what we eat anymore. That said...

YES!! Sourdough is awesome. There is "good" sourdough and there is "Meh" sourdough. In my wobbles of life in this neck of the woods... the best sourdough I have found are basically narrowed down to 2 places. 

#1... and this is actually only recently discovered... but it is awesome... Aldi's... The link is to just one variety of the same brand they sell. But... wow... this is some dynamite sourdough. They have it in a round version, square version, a longer version that actually has "everything" on it, like an "everything" bagel (onion and other seeds/toppings). But the regular sourdough, in either version, is superb.

#2... Publix... Their bakery sourdough is fantastic. You can also get it "thin sliced" if you so desire.

To be honest... aside from those two, I am not aware of even a decent sourdough 'round these parts. I've tried Kroger's bakery sourdough, and it just ain't cuttin' it, especially when you have those other two available. The Aldi and Publix sourdough are great.

Aside from sourdough, there are some decent keto breads that are supposedly good for you.

Except for an occasional almond flour muffin, and an even rarer keto bread bun for a burger or sloppyjoe,  Bread is not part of my diet. 

I'll freely admit I miss traditional bread and especially Krispy Kreme doughnuts, bread is not a desirable nor healthy option for those of us striving to live to 105.
