This article is a few years old, but according to it ... no.
Also of note - it says that of the 335 inductees (at the time), only 58 played college.

MLB farm system should be the model for all pro sports leagues.  Forcing HS stars to pretend to be college students and play college football in order to audition for the NFL is wrong on so many levels.
