I'm with the not attractive crowd, not that it matters. as said, we aren't the target market.
not sure her popularity is based on looks, but wtf do i know.

its the followers that grate me. worship. dumb. she's just a lady who can sing. lets not go overboard.
same thing with Tebow. the person doesn't bother me, its the crowd they bring.

Well, she is the best selling recording artist of her generation.  She's not stunningly beautiful for a covergirl or movie starlet, but she is fairly attractive and nobody on this here HOTD as a 20 year old would have met her at a bar when she was 20 and said no thanks.

Aside from that, she is singing songs she wrote that appeal to younger ladies in particular but I've enjoyed a few of them myself when my own daughters were in her demographic.  And she does a lot of work/outreach with the medically troubled yutes when she is touring.  I've got no problem with her.

Its roughly equivalent to if Madonna had been dating one of the Dallas Cowboys best players in the 90s.  It would have gotten a lot of attention.

Think this right here is the point.   I've by no means followed her, nor do I think her music is great (what I've heard of it).  It's not bad, it's not great, it's just music, but she does do a good job of telling a story with it in her way.  She's beloved because of how she treats people.  A lot of opinions of her are shaped by what the media portrays her to be, which is to stay someone she's not.  If you watch her, she's polite and respectful to those around her.  There's thousands of stories of her treating people the way you should treat people.  And unlike most celebrities that advertise they are being "nice" for the publicity, she doesn't.

Unfortunately a lot on here equate a woman's "worthiness" based on her physical appearance.

If you don't think a womans looks plays into everything I don't know what to tell you. I've seen women who have looks get paid WAAAAAAYYYY above their pay grade and given second chances over and over at jobs I've been at. And natural selection is still natural selection. All that being said I don't GAS about her virtue signalling comments as much as I just love a woman that stops me in my tracks with great conversation.
I personally blame the media for making it a daily news story what she's doing and how she feels about vaccines, BLM, climate change, NFL penaties etc. and most of all the TV cameras finding her every game. I can't stand Eminem but respect the fact that he sat where the cameras couldn't find him so as not to distract from the circus.

I think she looks too much like this former high priestess of the Satanic church, and it makes me wonder...

Yep, that’s me…only care about physical appearance.    You guys are awesome.   I totally forgot we here are of a higher brow calling and care more about ones philanthropic activities and deeds for the greater good than physical appearance.

I guess I forgot to point out…I don’t even know what her music is and I think it sucks.  ??.  I could also point out a couple of other things about her that make her unattractive, but, it would require moving the post.

The good news is, no one is required to share my view and I respect the fact you guys have her T-Shirts.

I am tired of nearly everything she thinks she needs to jump in on. Abortion, BLM, Trans, Presidential candidates, etc.
Ever since Kanye dissed her she's been a running far leftist talking point.
I don't like it in Isbell, I don't like it in Roger Waters, nor 'the Boss' Springsteen or any other entertainer. It stops me from completely enjoying
stuff I should be able to just flat our enjoy. I love Pink Floyd but do you have any idea of how many times I am grooving to one of their songs and then
realize Waters is a holocaust denier type and it harshes my 'HIGH' - and I mean music HIGH...I don't endorse any particular drug but if that is your KICK, so be it.
