It just seems like a free for all to me. Not sure what the NCAA will or can do.

FSU and UF are both under investigation for NIL so not a total free for all

Give the NCAA the finger and tell them to "F*** OFF!". College sports are the Wild West now. Until schools get together and come up with some new fundamental rule changes for who is eligible to play college sports, college sports are nothing more than another pro sports league.
