FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – With goals on both sides of the half, the University of Georgia girl's soccer team earned its second point of Southeastern Conference play with a 2-2 tie against Arkansas Thursday evening before 1,395 spectators at Razorback Field. Georgia (3-3-4, 0-1-2 SEC) earned the draw despite being outshot by Arkansas (3-4-2, 1-1-1 SEC), 18-9, including a 6-4 advantage in shots on frame. The Razorbacks also tallied 16 corner kicks, the most ever drawn by a Bulldog opponent, topping the 15 racked up by Vanderbilt two weeks ago. Georgia remains on the road to face LSU (2-8-1, 0-3-0 SEC) on Sunday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. EDT in Baton Rouge, La.

CARY, N.C. — No. 54 Emma Dong advanced to the round of 16 at the ITA All-American Championships Thursday with a straight-set victory over No. 19 Monika Ekstrand of Stanford. Dong will continue in the ITA All-American singles main draw Friday, while Bella Payne and Anastasiia Gureva will continue in the consolation draw.

WESTMOUNT, Ill. - No. 15/12 Georgia Opens Season with Opening CSL Match. The College Swimming League (CSL) season consists of six regular season, and two post season matches, with each of the 12 participating institutions (Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, California, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan, NC State, Ohio State, Stanford, Tennessee, Virginia) competing in one. The Bulldogs will host their second CSL meet against Alabama, Auburn, and Tennessee on Friday, Oct. 23 at 5:30 p.m. at Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium.
