No asterisk *** and certainly no damn apologies!!!...

Bama is just gonna have to wear this one and get over it!!!

Once again, at my old age, I'm reminded how stupid you look when you blame the refs for losing.   I'm as guilty as anyone and I'll go to my grave believing the 2018 (17) NC game was fixed.   (as well as some others).   If anything, you could have convinced me through 3 1/2 quarters the game Saturday was being called one sided.   They MAY have missed one call for Bama...they missed at least 7-8 fairly glaring ones that went against us.   But, we kept fighting.

What no one seems to acknowledge, including Chris Fowler and Herbstreit's sorry arses is...there was STILL 3:30 left in the game even if Bama had gotten a TD on the play!!!   And, it would NOT have been a TD on that play.   The was our D was playing they likely get a FG to tie and we get the ball with around 2 minutes left.   You mean to tell me, the way we were playing and, the way Gunner was dealing you don't think we get a FG with two minutes??

We punted 2 times in the game!!!  We didn't punt in the 2nd half.

Here's an idea Bama fans...why don't you blow us out at your place at night!!   Then, you don't have to worry about one PI call.

Also, just for the record, Bama dropped a TOTAL of 1 spot in the two poles.   When we lost to them by 3 points in 2023 we dropped 6 spots!!!

Put on your big boy pants and quit your crying!!!

It's like everyone else has said, Bama just isn't used to being on the OTHER side of this kind of thing...it's ALWAYS been in their favor.

Chris and Curt can kiss it!!!  Their call and their comments after were about as close to unprofessional as you can get.   I promise you, Kirby will NOT forget.

That's how I saw it the minute they showed the replay...not to mention, at full speed, the ball and KJ got there at almost the exact same time.

I will say, that usually gets called...whether it was right or not...who knows?

This is why I think it was not called.  The ball hit KJ right as he hit the WR.  Once a player makes contact with the ball, one which the WR was trying to come back to it, then it's fair game on contact.

The part that chaps me....arguing with a UT buddy this morning...folks keep saying Bama would have tied or won the game. There was 3:30 left in the game. Bame would have had 1 - 10 on the Georgia 19 yd line. I still don't think they get a TD. Maybe... IF they tried to run the clock and kick a field goal to tie, there would have still been some time. Either way, the game wasn't over.

Additionally, if you're going to go back an fix a horrific call...then, the holding on their TD was no less egregious.

They would have had first and goal on the 2.  The play was in the end zone.

I love the pain they are feeling.  They are finally feeling what the rest of the SEC felt for 20 years when the officials were giving Bama all the no calls and calls to help them.

Correct!  I was wrong...but, still means a quick TD and we have the ball with 2+ minutes.
