I haven't done that, but had a close call early one morning a couple of weeks ago.   

Was down in the basement doing laundry and thought, "Hmm. I think it's about time to go to the bathroom and take a dump."

About halfway up the stairs it suddenly changed from a subtle urge to a mad dash to bathroom and barely got my pants down and on the toilet seat before an explosion of pooh departed my body.  

Prolly had something to do with the high fiber/low carb soft taco wraps I ate the night before. 

I won't eat 3 of those at one meal ever again.
