You need to eat a lot of seeds and nuts. Be sure to just chew them a little bit. Will do ya good.

I honestly just slam 4 Advil every 8 hours and that typically makes it go away after a few days.  I suppose one day it's going to catch up to me.  Had a friend that had his colon rupture due to this.  He advises to have the colon section taken out prior to that happening.
