If you go out drinking you need to take precautions at bars in Austin. Specifically, at bars in the Domain and around the 6th street area, there seems to be a lot of drugging people's drinks in these areas for men and women both.  Some think there may also be a serial killer in Austin.

Once ran the mean streets of Austin, specifically eastside where most caucasians didn't venture..........those streets are more afraid of you than you are of the streets.  I have stories, including Juan in a Million, but not ready to share them right now.  There was a serial rapist in Guam..........some C17 pilot on the northside of the island went downtown, wearing his flight suit, to go bar hopping............rapist allegedly stalked and "drugged" him..........owner of last bar he went to found him in a bathroom stall, flight suit down around his ankles........sent back to the mainland, on civilian airline, for disobeying lawful general order, and to get tested.
