Just because he says that publicly doesn't mean it is 100% true.  And the last time he said it was before 24/7 365 recruiting or NIL and transfer

how long has he coached?

do you want a former Dawg football player and super BOWL mvp or do you want the best possible candidate available.

DOnt you have to have a degree to coach at a public university? I could have sworn I had read that.

I don't know how much experience he has. I don't think he has been doing a lot of coaching.

Micheal Jordan was one of the greatest basketball players ever. His first coaching job was as an NBA Head Coach, and for a lot of reasons, the results were abysmal. Not saying that Hines would be a bad receiver coach, but a place like Georgia may not be the place to start.
