THIS!  There is plenty of valid criticism to be directed at {redacted}, but he could hardly be described as a disciplinarian.  Ears changed his stance so fast it would make your focking head spin once it was his hire that would be judged.  {redacted} not only had to live with one arm tied behind his back, my understanding is he was contractually prohibited from publicly criticizing the policy.
