Admittedly, kinda odd, random topic. Wife and I were in Cartersville recently.

This is in the old downtown area. Like many quaint Southern towns, the old business district went dormant for a while, and has since been revived by turning the old downtown business buildings into restaurants, boutiques, such as that. Downtown Cartersville is a pleasant place to go visit, and is very busy.

But they took a section of the old buildings and tore them down (I honestly have no knowledge of what they were, their condition, etc.), and they built a parking deck, which is actually a pretty smart idea, as downtown parking consists almost solely of curbside parking, which can be quite scarce, depending upon what day of the week. But, what made me post this is how they made the parking deck consistent with the look of the rest of the old downtown architecture. The entire front of the parking deck is brick and concrete facade which has the look of being four separate buildings, including having some windows. Check this out, and how it blends in so well with the rest of the buildings.

Kudos to them for doing this. Smart idea.

John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me."

1 Timothy 2:5-6

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the witness for this proper time.

Acts 4:12

And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”

TRD, that is beyond impressive. Seriously, thank you for sharing that. What a ton of interesting information and even more tons of research that made it what it is.
