The final three rounds of women's action at the NCAA Championships will play out in consecutive days, with quarterfinal matches beginning on Friday before advancing teams compete in two semifinal matches on Saturday and the national championship match on Sunday. Under first-year head coach Drake Bernstein, Georgia will look to advance one round further in its pursuit for its third NCAA title and seventh national championship.
The No. 11 national seed Georgia softball team will host the 2024 NCAA Athens Regional this weekend at Jack Turner Stadium. The four-team, double-elimination tournament will feature Georgia, Charlotte, Liberty, and UNCW. Georgia will play UNCW Friday at 5:30 p.m. ET on ESPN+. The tournament will kick off Friday between Charlotte and Liberty at 3 p.m. on ESPN+.
