In about 5 minutes.  SHOULD be a layup, but you never know about these things.  Will be a 50%+ pay increase initially…for 18 mos.  Then onto the sales payout where salary should be about 1/4 of annual comp, assuming you hit your bogies.  My plan is to make as much as possible for 10 years and ride off into the retirement sunset.
