Last night in PCB. Dinner at an old favorite Angelo's Steak Pit.

Ate there the first time when I was 10 or 11 years old,  now 67.

Gets more expensive every time I come. $94 + $20 tip for 2 of us this year.

Dad brought a family of 5 to Angelo's for about a third of that 55 years ago.   Big Grin

Good ole' Angelo's. That's a good, big ole' steak. We have a few of their drinking glasses that we got when we took our kids and kept them for them.

Never been there. Only been to PCB three times in my life. You can't get there from Augusta.

Early Cuyler found a way. You’re not wild, you’re mild, son.

That was where we went until the year i got married.  My parents ended up buying a house on St. Simons.  I enjoyed the Gulf Coast way more than the Atlantic, it really isn't comparable.  I don't care what people say about PCB, and I don't care if its the redneck Riviera, its a great place to vacation.

Sad to see some of the old attractions like the Miracle Strip gone that were there in my younger days, but still a fun place to visit and plenty of good eats in the area.
